We would like to draw your attention as a customer to the fact that color differences may vary between different screens. The products may also have a naturally occurring color difference. We reserve the right for a possible final sale and reserve the right to replace with an equivalent item.
All our prices include VAT. We reserve the right for possible printing errors and for price and currency changes. In the case of promotions and other offers, we reserve the right to end these at any time. Promotions and reduced prices cannot be combined with other offers and are valid while stocks last.
Shipping cost is SEK 89 per order, free shipping on orders over SEK 1200 (within Sweden). We deliver the packages with DHL. The customer collects the package at one of the delivery points selected by DHL. See complete terms and conditions at dhlpaket.se
Always check your package immediately upon collection. In the event of visible transport damage, this must be reported directly at the point of delivery.
Delivery (within Sweden)
We only sell to people over 18 years of age. The minimum order value is SEK 198. You get one confirmation to your specified email address. We will ship your item within 2-4 working days provided the item is in stock. The time for the shipping company's distribution is added. In the event of an order entry with an extra high load, the delivery time may be extended. At the delivery point, it is required that identification matches the name on your order. In the case of unclaimed packages, you will be charged SEK 300 for handling and shipping costs.

Right of exchange and open purchase
We offer open purchase and exchange rights for 14 days from the date you collected your package (in agreement with consumer protection legislation). This applies against a receipt, provided that the item is unused and in an unchanged condition. If you wish to return an item, please contact us to receive a return receipt. You print out the return form, fill it in and send it with the product in its original packaging. You as the customer pay the return shipping. If you choose to make a new order in connection with the return, we offer the shipping fee for the new order (applies only within Sweden). If the item is not clean or in new condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the item (up to 100% of the item's value).
A PonyDesign uses card payment (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) or Klarna as payment method. When choosing Klarna, you can choose between direct payment, invoice or partial payment. You can find more information at klarna.se
In the event of a complaint, customer service must be contacted first. If the complaint is approved, we reserve the right to repair the product. If this is not possible, we will send a new equivalent item. We reserve the right for depreciation deductions. We only handle cleaned goods. We follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations. The complaint is not valid in case of neglect, abnormal use and wear or accidents. Always state your order number when making a complaint.
Handle your headband with care. Make sure that the bridle does not get stuck between the stones, for example when the horse scratches its head. Do not bend the headband and periodically check that the bezel surrounding each stone stays closed as dropped stones are not a valid reason for complaint.
