If you order from Norway and Åland, customs costs and import tax may be added from the Customs Administration.
PRODUCT
We want to draw attention as a customer to the fact that color differences can vary between different screens. The products can also have a naturally occurring color difference. We reserve the right to any final sale and reserve the right to replace with an equivalent item.
PRICES
All our prices include VAT (not to Norway and Åland). We reserve the right to make printing errors as well as for price and currency changes. In the case of promotions and other offers, we reserve the right to terminate these at any time. Promotions and reduced prices can not be combined with other offers and apply as long as stock lasts.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Always check your package immediately upon collection. In the event of a visible transport damage, this must be reported directly at the delivery point.
DELIVERY
We only sell to people over 18 years of age. You will receive a confirmation to your specified email address. We send your item within 2-4 working days provided the item is in stock. The time for the shipping company's distribution will be added. When ordering with an extra high load, the delivery time can be extended. At the delivery point, it is required that identification matches the name of your order. In the event of an uncollected package, you will be charged extra for handling and shipping costs (800 SEK).
PAYMENT METHOD
A PonyDesign uses card payment (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay or Google Pay (may differ between countries).
COMPLAINT
In the event of a complaint, customer service must be contacted first. If the complaint is approved, we reserve the right to repair the product. If this is not possible, we will send a new equivalent item. We reserve the right to deduct depreciation. We only handle cleaned goods. The complaint is not valid in the event of negligence, abnormal use and wear or accidents. Always state your order number when making a complaint.
CRYSTAL BROWBAND:
Handle your browband carefully. Make sure that the hair does not get caught between the stones, for example when the horse scratches its head. Do not bend the browband and check at regular intervals that the frame surrounding each stone remains closed as dropped stones are not a valid reason for complaint.
BROWBAND/NOSEBAND WITH CHAIN LINK:
Handle your browband / noseband carefully, making sure that the horsehair does not get caught in the chain, for example when the horse scratches its head. Do not bend the browband / noseband and check at regular intervals that the links remain closed.
