Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return from the time you received the item. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

If you wish to return an item, you should contact us to receive a return authorization and return shipping label. You will print, fill out, and send the return authorization with the item in its original packaging. You, as the customer, will pay for the return shipping (89-169 SEK depending on the country). If you choose to make an exchange in connection with the return, we will cover the shipping fee for the new order (only applicable within Sweden). If the item is not clean or in new condition, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund corresponding to the item's depreciation (up to 100% of the item's value).

Items sent back to us without a return request first will not be accepted.

Exceptions/items without return
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as goods from our "OUTLET" and gift cards.

Exchanges
If you choose to make an exchange in connection with a return, we will cover the shipping fee for the new order (only applicable within Sweden).

14-day cooling-off period in the EU
If commercial goods are delivered in the EU, you have the above right to cancel and return the order within 14 days, without the need for any specific reasons. Just like above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and checked the return, and whether the refund is approved or not. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the return so that it appears on your end.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, you should contact us at info@aponydesign.se.

Damages and issues
Check your order when you receive it and report immediately to the agent if the package is damaged! Contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and correct it. 

For complaints, we must be contacted first. If the complaint is approved, we reserve the right to repair the item. If this is not possible, we will send a new equivalent item. We reserve the right for depreciation deductions. We only handle cleaned items. We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. Complaints are not valid in cases of neglect, abnormal use, wear and tear, or accidents. Always provide your order number when making a complaint.

Handle your browband with stones carefully. Ensure that the mane does not get caught between the stones, for example, when the horse scratches its head. Do not bend the browband and regularly check that the setting surrounding each stone remains closed, as lost stones are not a valid reason for a complaint. If you have a browband and noseband with links, regularly check that the links remain closed.
