We would like to draw your attention as a customer to the fact that color differences may vary between different screens. The products may also have a naturally occurring color difference. We reserve the right for a possible final sale and reserve the right to replace with an equivalent product.
Prices
All our prices include VAT (except for sales to Norway and Åland). We reserve the right for possible printing errors and for price and currency changes. In the case of promotions and other offers, we reserve the right to end these at any time. Promotions and reduced prices cannot be combined with other offers and are valid while stocks last.
Freight
We deliver the packages with DHL. The customer collects the package at one of the delivery points selected by DHL. See full terms and conditions at dhlpaket.se

Norway and Åland SEK 299. Minimum order value SEK 350.

Transport damage
Always check your package immediately upon collection. In the event of visible transport damage, this must be reported directly at the point of delivery.
Delivery
We only sell to people over 18 years of age. Minimum order value is SEK 238 (Sweden). You will receive a confirmation to your specified address. We will ship your item within 2-4 working days provided the item is in stock. The time for the shipping company's distribution is added. In the event of an order entry with an extra high load, the delivery time may be extended. At the delivery point, it is required that identification matches the name on your order. For unclaimed packages, you will be charged SEK 400 (Sweden) for handling and shipping costs. If you live abroad, the cost is SEK 800 for unredeemed packages.

Right of exchange and open purchase
We offer open purchase and right of exchange for 14 days from the date you collect your package (applies to our Swedish customers in accordance with consumer protection legislation). This applies against a receipt provided that the product is unused and in a unchanged condition. If you wish to return an item, please contact us to receive a return receipt. You print out the return form, fill it in and send it with the product in its original packaging. You as the customer pay the return shipping. If you choose to make an exchange in connection with the return, we offer the shipping fee on the new order (applies only within Sweden). If the item is not clean or in new condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value of the item (up to 100% of the item's value).
Payment methods
A PonyDesign uses card payment (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) or Klarna as payment method (Sweden only). You can find more information at Klarna.se
Complaint
In the event of a complaint, customer service must be contacted first. If the complaint is approved, we reserve the right to repair the item. If this is not possible, we will send a new equivalent item. We reserve the right for depreciation deductions. We only handle cleaned goods. We follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations. The complaint is not valid in case of neglect, abnormal use and wear or accidents. Always state your order number when making a complaint.
Crystal Headband:
Handle your headband with care. Make sure that the bridle does not get stuck between the stones, for example when the horse scratches its head. Do not bend the headband and periodically check that the bezel surrounding each stone remains closed as dropped stones are not a valid reason for complaint.
Headband/nose halter with chain link:
Handle your headband/nose halter carefully, make sure that the tag does not get caught in the chain, for example when the horse scratches its head. Do not bend the headband/noseband and periodically check that the links stay closed.

In the event of specific events that could not be foreseen, such as war, natural disasters, government decisions, or in the event of comparable events beyond our control, we are released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.
